Wheat was ground into flour there until 1914 using water power. The grinding mechanism is still present, but the water wheel is no longer there.  <br>In the 1950s, the mill became a farmhouse where the grandparents of the current owner, Cathy, lived and bred chickens, guineafowls, rabbits and ducks. Her grandmother looked after them, while her grandfather sold them at the weekly Carpentras market using his Velosolex for transport.
